Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every year we do our annual convention here and I have visited at least 6 times. Great property. Large convention hotel. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The Ballrooms are the best in the industry and staffs makes it even better. Food at the events are thoughtfully made and displayed.

Can't rate rooms and service of the hotel but can say the event staff of Cabda Midwest were exceptional and the place was not overly crowded like most shows you go to. It made for a good time with scoping new product out and putting name to face with reps I with with.

Recently stayed for a cheer competition. Hotel is absolutely beautiful! The app was my favorite... check in/key/requests for more towels/checkout were all handled through it & it was phenomenal! Though they also have a very friendly staff to answer any questions! The rooms/beds were very clean & comfy! We did try the restaurant onsite. The meals & our server Anthony were the best!! The pool, hot tub & gym were clean & good size. We didn't use the shuttle, but the drivers were very friendly as we were passing by. If I HAD to be picky... the parking was a little far away, but they have a parking garage that looks to be close to completion. Also the water pressure wasn't great, but that's being super picky. I would absolutely stay again & recommend it to family/friends!

Beautiful hotel overall! Everything was sparkling clean, with well-kept rooms featuring updated TVs and a handy mini-fridge. The on-site restaurant was excellent, offering both good food and attentive service. A big plus is the direct connection to the convention center—so convenient, no need to step outside. The gym was well-equipped, and the indoor pool was just as beautiful as the rest of the property. The only thing I missed was a small shop for souvenirs or personal items. The staff were outstanding!!! friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I especially want to mention and give a special shoutout to ALBERT, the shuttle driver. He went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable…kind, helpful, and always on time. I used the shuttle several times and never had to wait. His service was truly exceptional!

We the Pinball Sisters attended the 2025 Pinball Expo and we had the best experience 4 years in a roll!! Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant staff were top notch! We were taken such good care of by Albert the shuttle driver. He was AMAZING! He was such a pleasure to be around, so personable and happy & made many suggestions for places to eat & picked us up when we asked him too! This service is unbeatable! Albert - the shuttle driver is absolutely one of a kind and the best shuttle driver I have met! He took care of dropping me off at the restaurant I was dining at, in addition, he picked me up at a completely different restaurant to bring me back to the hotel! Service like this is rare (and I am a Lifetime Platinum Marriot Member) so I have experience around the globe! SO much better than an Uber or Lyft, if your destination meets their qualifications! Cant wait to get back..

The one and only Albert! Getting shuttle service is just like no other. He is funny, helpful , professional and a very kind human. The best shuttle driver there is in my whole traveling experience around the US and maybe the world.
